This position is for a Plant Manager to lead the overall operations of the machine shop, a critical component of the manufacturing process. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience ideally within CNC machining or precision manufacturing operations

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing supervisors programmers machinists and production teams
  • Previous experience within a contract manufacturing environment is essential
  • Experience leading capital equipment and facility investment projects
  • Strong operational analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Job Duties

  • Lead the overall performance of the machine shop ensuring safe efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations
  • Manage and develop Production Supervisors CNC Programmers CNC Machinists and production personnel

  • Establish operational priorities and optimize resources to meet production targets and customer commitments
