Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in engineering or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching or mentoring
- Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting high-level process issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends

Job Duties
- Lead teams of maintenance mechanics and electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, machine repairs
- Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures
- Supervise and support maintenance systems, processes and documentation
- Schedule maintenance timely in collaboration with production
- Develop and implement maintenance systems including prevention and predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs and safety
- Provide long-term solutions and support for troubleshooting and equipment failures
- Develop and maintain KPIs for maintenance performance
- Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and accurate maintenance records
- Manage crisis situations and delegate responsibilities in absence of key personnel
- Drive positive employee experience through development and coaching
