The role of Club Manager at Taymax’s Planet Fitness in Vacaville, CA, is integral to maintaining the highest standards of gym operations and member experience. The position involves strategic leadership and effective management of gym staff members including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. A Club Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for members and guests, ensuring all staff adhere to superior customer service standards. Leadership is delivered in a positive, motivating manner focused on continual training and development to sustain a high-performing team.

The Club Manager oversees scheduling and coverage, manages employee payroll, resolves staff concerns, and handles disciplinary processes. They actively participate in front desk activities, greet members warmly, assist new members with tours and sign-ups, and respond to inquiries both in-person and via phone. Facility upkeep is another critical element, with responsibilities including maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the club and coordinating any necessary repairs with maintenance teams.
