Job Requirements
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Ability to work full-time or part-time with daytime or evening availability
- Availability to commute to Fort Washington, PA 19034
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn food preparation tasks
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant or fast food establishment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Effective communication skills
- Friendly and team-oriented attitude
- Basic familiarity with point of sale systems is beneficial
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to pizza lovers and ensure each pizza meets quality standards
- Answer the phone and take and pack orders
- Process payments using the Square point of sale system
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Help restock front of house items such as napkins, boxes, and condiments
- Perform cleaning duties including wipe downs and light dishwashing
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Work collaboratively as part of the team
