We are currently seeking a dedicated Counter Person to join our enthusiastic team. Job Requirements

Minimum one year customer service experience
Ability to work full-time or part-time with daytime or evening availability
Availability to commute to Fort Washington, PA 19034
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn food preparation tasks

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant or fast food establishment
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask efficiently
Effective communication skills
Friendly and team-oriented attitude
Basic familiarity with point of sale systems is beneficial

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service to pizza lovers and ensure each pizza meets quality standards
Answer the phone and take and pack orders
Process payments using the Square point of sale system
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
Help restock front of house items such as napkins, boxes, and condiments
Perform cleaning duties including wipe downs and light dishwashing
Assist with food preparation as needed
Work collaboratively as part of the team
