Bufalina is seeking a strong line cook to join its team. This role focuses on preparation, execution, and maintaining high standards in food quality and kitchen operations.   • Holds an active Food Handler's Certification

Job Duties

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the menu, recipes, ingredients, and procedures
  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with training and maintaining a team of motivated, hard-working cooks in a positive, learning environment
  • Work collaboratively and respectfully with the entire team, both BOH and FOH
  • Responsible for maintaining across-the-board quality standards including food, efficiency, and cleanliness
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality for shifts, and self-motivation while upholding the same standards among BOH team members
  • Execute prep, recipes, and cooking techniques with accuracy and consistency
  • Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef by overseeing day-to-day operations and communication
  • Assist with inventory control, cost management, and ordering
