Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays)
  • able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~40 lbs safely
  • food handler certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • comfortable working around heat, steam, and fast-moving tickets

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year in a busy kitchen (pizza/stone-deck experience is a plus but we’ll train the right hustle)
  • knife skills, station organization, and pride in clean, repeatable work
  • calm under heat
  • respect for food safety (temps, allergen awareness, cross-contact prevention)

Job Duties

  • Own your station: open, stock, and maintain par levels
  • keep backups tight
  • communicate 86s and low counts early
  • Pizza mastery: stretch and launch dough, sauce/cheese with consistency, top to spec, bake to perfect color/char, and finish clean
  • Line execution: cook wings, fries, pastas, and apps to spec
  • plate and garnish like it matters because it does
  • Quality control: verify temps, watch ticket times, and coordinate pacing with expo and FOH
  • Speed + accuracy: hit ticket times without sacrificing standards
  • call and answer tickets clearly
  • Clean as you go: sanitizer ppm on point, label/date FIFO, safe holds/cool-downs, and end-of-shift deep clean
  • Team play: help neighbors on the line, and keep communication crisp under pressure
  • Protect the brand: every plate should look like the photo—consistent, hot, and craveable
