This role is central to our ability to deliver exemplary Italian dining experiences, with the Pizzaiolo playing a critical part in crafting authentic, high-quality pizzas. As a Pizzaiolo at Buona Forchetta, you will be responsible for hand-stretching dough, preparing a variety of pizza styles including traditional Neapolitan and specialty recipes, and expertly operating our wood-fired pizza ovens. This job requires a deep knowledge of Italian pizza-making techniques and an ability to maintain consistency and quality under the pressure of a high-volume kitchen environment.
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25 to $35 and is a tipped role, which means your earnings can increase based on the quality of service and guest satisfaction. - Proven experience as a pizzaiolo in a high-volume kitchen with deep knowledge of Italian pizza-making techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough ensuring consistency and quality with each batch
- Execute a variety of pizza recipes including traditional Neapolitan and specialty pizzas

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to coordinate pizza orders and ensure timely delivery to guests
