Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- represent Cooper’s Hawk/Piccolo Buco values
- six months of supervisory experience in pizza or prep production in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- scratch kitchen experience preferred
- positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
- ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
- demonstrates financial acumen
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Master dough prep and pizza cooking to Piccolo Buco standards
- set up station with precision and keep it clean and organized
- monitor oven temperatures and cook times for consistent quality
- follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
- lead by example on the line and during prep
- support inventory, prep lists, and kitchen systems
- keep kitchen, walk-ins, and storage areas spotless and safe
- step in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
- train and certify all Dough Prep and Pizza Cook team members
- use the KDS system to manage cook timing and flow
- collaborate with managers and front-of-house to ensure seamless service
- follow checklists and SOPs for every shift
- build strong, respectful relationships with the team
- stay open to feedback and strive for continuous improvement
- represent Piccolo Buco values in every interaction
- take pride in every pizza that leaves the station
- help create a passionate, positive, and proud kitchen culture
