We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Pizzaiolos to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role goes beyond simply making pizza; it involves creating an edible work of art that embodies the true essence of Napoletano pizza. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their culinary skills and has a genuine passion for food. The role requires assembling pizzas and other menu items like wings, salads, and sandwiches, preparing ingredients and sauces needed for the shift, and ensuring that all food items meet our high standards before they reach the customer. Moreover, candidates will participate actively in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, setting up and breaking down the pizza line and kitchen equipment, and communicating effectively with other staff and management to ensure smooth operation during shifts.

While prior pizza-making experience is not mandatory, a background in kitchen operations and a passion for culinary arts are essential. Experience with wood-fired ovens is considered a significant advantage.
