The company offers a seamless blend of wine-inspired retail and scratch-kitchen dining designed thoughtfully to complement their award-winning wines. A standout feature of Cooper's Hawk is its expansive Wine Club, which is one of the largest in the world. This club not only provides members with access to high-quality wines but also offers exclusive benefits such as curated dining, special events, and unique travel experiences, making it more than just a wine club but a lifestyle community that connects wine lovers and culinary enthusiasts alike.
Piccolo Buco by Cooper's Hawk is an extension of this vision, bringing the vibrant and authentic flavors of Roman-style pizza to guests. At Piccolo Buco, pizza is elevated beyond mere food; it is considered an immersive experience that celebrates craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and culinary tradition. Our fast-paced kitchen environment thrives on precision, passion, and teamwork, all aimed at delivering memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors. We believe that every pizza that leaves the kitchen is a reflection of our dedication to excellence and an opportunity to delight and impress.
The Pizzaiolo role at Piccolo Buco is an essential position that embodies the heart of the kitchen’s operation. This person is responsible for mastering dough preparation, perfecting pizza cooking according to Piccolo Buco standards, and maintaining a clean, organized work station. Beyond food preparation, the Pizzaiolo leads by example during prep and service, supports inventory management, and collaborates closely with managers and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. The role requires a combination of technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for pizza craftsmanship. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy, team-focused environment and is committed to ongoing improvement through feedback and training.
Working as a Pizzaiolo at Piccolo Buco offers numerous benefits including comprehensive insurance coverage, competitive pay, team member incentives, and discounts on dining, retail wine, and events. Employees gain access to wellness programs, retirement savings plans with company matching, flexible schedules, paid time off, and educational opportunities in both wine and culinary fields. Additionally, programs supporting mental health, financial counseling, and other everyday benefits enrich the overall employee experience. Cooper's Hawk prides itself on fostering a positive kitchen culture where team members feel valued, supported, and inspired to contribute to a vibrant dining experience that honors Italian culinary heritage with a modern twist.
