Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Becoming knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas for flexible scheduling
- Managing food rotation, set-up and breakdown, stocking wood, and ensuring beautiful presentation of products
- Preparing food accurately and efficiently to meet high standards
- Monitoring the temperature of ovens, coolers, and freezers, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Inspecting stock levels and collaborating with the manager to establish daily prep lists
- Storing, unpacking, and retrieving food items in designated areas
- Reporting any malfunctioning of equipment and maintaining items in sound working order
- Adhering to safety policies while preparing food products and using kitchen equipment properly
- Keeping the work area clean according to State Health Department standards throughout food preparation
- Wiping down the workstation as needed to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
