We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Pizza Roller to join our dedicated team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our cafes and other locations receive the right quantity and quality of pizza dough and cheese each day. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in maintaining cleanliness and inventory management, helping to uphold our high food safety and quality standards. The Pizza Roller will engage closely with cooks and food prep teams to anticipate demand, distribute supplies, and manage waste effectively. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a food preparation role preferred
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Ability to handle cleaning and sanitizing tasks
Good communication skills
Capability to follow detailed instructions
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Ability to lift and carry moderate weights

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic organizational skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties

Check with cooks or food preps at each location on how many pizzas they might need
Prepare the shredded cheese for pizzas
Distribute pizza dough and cheese to the Cafe locations
Maintain the pizza traveling container cleaned and sanitized
Toss out any old pizza dough, replace with new pizza dough and write it down on waste sheet the amount of pizza dough tossed out
Leaving rolling table and mixer completely clean at the end of their shift
Maintaining cleanliness of pizza pans and transit racks
Make sure every store is completely stocked up with pizzas and cheese for the remainder of the day and the next morning
Communication with supervisor weekly on what they need per week on their pizza supplies i.e. cheese, yeast, flour, sugar, oil
Keeping the outside area of location clean and debris free
Helping wash dishes at café if time permits
Abide by recipe along with weights and measurements
