In this role, you will step into a leadership position that is far from a typical desk job. We need a hands-on captain who leads from the front lines, someone who embodies the Austin spirit of being professional, chill, and ready to grind. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that the energy and "vibe" of the restaurant are consistently on point, and managing the team by example. During busy periods, you will be the first person jumping on the point of sale system or lending a hand at the counter to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, equipped with a "yes, and" attitude that encourages positive and proactive decision making. You will be adept at communicating with club members and team members alike, keeping morale high and service standards uncompromised. We offer a competitive compensation package starting at $55,000 per year plus performance bonuses. Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience, particularly in Neapolitan pizza or high-end hospitality sectors.
