Bon Appetit Management Company is hiring immediately for full-time Pizza Prep Cook positions at the US Venture location in Appleton, Wisconsin. The position offers a full-time, flexible schedule running Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. The Pizza Prep Cook is responsible for preparing food items and serving customers according to federal, state, and local guidelines to ensure food safety and quality standards are met. This position involves working closely with chefs to follow daily production schedules, preparing food using standardized recipes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, and supporting HACCP guidelines to uphold food safety protocols. Employees will handle food storage, labeling, and inventory control as well as contribute to the completion of production logs and waste sheets. Interaction with customers is a key component, emphasizing punctual and friendly service while managing orders for items requiring short preparation times. The role also includes the use of steam tables and grills to efficiently serve multiple stations. Beyond food preparation, employees are expected to assist with resolving customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas. Preferred candidates have prior experience in restaurant or hotel settings, contributing to a greater understanding of food preparation and sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Duties
- Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the chef
- Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
- Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use
- Store, label, and date all food items according to policy
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
- Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time
- Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner
- Complete orders from steam tables and grill and serve customers at multiple stations
- Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control
- Resolve customer concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
