Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work 50 to 55 hours per week with a 5-day work week
  • Willingness to engage in an 8-week hands-on training program
  • Ability to pass credit and background checks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for food and customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead the crew members from a 100 percent hands-on position within the kitchen area
  • Provide the highest level of guest satisfaction and service
  • Maintain consistent food quality and a clean, spotless restaurant
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure alignment with company standards
  • Implement ongoing career and leadership development training for staff
  • Manage scheduling to maintain a healthy work-life balance
  • Conduct thorough credit and background checks on new team members
