Job Duties
- Lead the crew members from a 100 percent hands-on position within the kitchen area
- Provide the highest level of guest satisfaction and service
- Maintain consistent food quality and a clean, spotless restaurant
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure alignment with company standards
- Implement ongoing career and leadership development training for staff
- Manage scheduling to maintain a healthy work-life balance
- Conduct thorough credit and background checks on new team members
