We are currently seeking a skilled and energetic Pizza Oven Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves bringing handcrafted pizzas and crave-worthy appetizers to life in a fast-paced kitchen setting where precision, consistency, and pride in the craft are essential. As a Pizza Oven Line Cook, you will be responsible for efficiently operating the pizza oven, stretching dough, applying toppings, and carefully monitoring cooking times and temperatures to ensure that every pizza meets our high standards. You will also prepare additional menu items, follow plating guides, and maintain consistent presentation and portion control.

This position requires someone who thrives under pressure in a high-energy kitchen, maintains clear communication with fellow team members and expediters, and supports prep, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed. Employees in this role contribute significantly to the overall dining experience by upholding food safety and sanitation standards while delivering dishes that delight our guests.
