Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years prior experience as a pizza maker or similar role
- hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough

Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough by mixing and hand-stretching
- slice and chop vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, onions, and mushrooms
- cut, slice, and grill meats including chicken, ham, and beef
- prepare fresh tomato, pesto, and white cream sauces
- operate and maintain large-volume cooking equipment like grills and deep fryers
- monitor and maintain cleanliness of work and cooking areas
- monitor food stock, place orders, and ensure proper ingredient measurement
- train other cooks to ensure uniform food preparation
- check pizza quality before serving
- maintain positive professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and guests
- notify the supervisor about food supplies, inventory, and other materials as needed
- comply with company policies, restaurant specifications, and food/beverage regulations
