This position is responsible for preparing all elements of pizzas including making dough from scratch, hand-stretching it, preparing fresh sauces, slicing and chopping toppings such as vegetables and meats, and managing cooking processes on various equipment including large-volume grills and ovens. The Pizza Maker must ensure that pizzas are prepared accurately and consistently while meeting customer specifications, especially for special orders. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation according to state and local health regulations is essential.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years prior experience as a Pizza Maker or similar role
- Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone ovens
- Local Health Department sanitation certificate
- Understanding of food hygiene
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in dough preparation and pizza baking

Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough by mixing and hand-stretching

- Make fresh tomato, pesto, and white cream sauces
- Operate and maintain large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as necessary
- Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and local health regulations
