Job Description

Killer Queen is an elevated cocktail bar and pizzeria located at The Banks, a vibrant district known for its lively atmosphere and diverse entertainment options. Proudly named in honor of the Queen City, Cincinnati, Killer Queen has quickly become a can't-miss destination for sports fans, concertgoers, and craft cocktail lovers alike. The bar is easily recognizable by its iconic "Killer Queen" neon sign and charming hanging twinkle lights, creating a sleek yet upbeat ambiance that appeals to a broad audience. Situated in a bustling area, this establishment attracts a mix of locals and tourists who come to enjoy its unique blend of craft cocktails, seasonal drink offerings, house shots, and an extensive beer, wine, and liquor selection. On weekends and special events, local DJs add to the dynamic vibe, making Killer Queen a hot spot for nightlife from Thursday through Sunday, as well as during select holidays and community events.

The role of Pizza Maker at Killer Queen offers an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team focused on hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. This position is essential to maintaining the high standards for which the bar and pizzeria is known. Pizza Makers at Killer Queen play a vital role in preparing fresh, high-quality menu items including build-your-own pizzas, pretzels, and salads, all crafted to customer specifications and the brand’s consistent quality standards. The position requires strong communication skills, a hospitality mindset, and a dedication to teamwork. Pizza Makers must thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate reliability and personal accountability, and contribute positively to the energetic and friendly atmosphere that defines Killer Queen.

Employment opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time candidates, making this a flexible option for a variety of work-life needs. The role offers competitive compensation with the added benefit of employee discounts at all Four Entertainment Group (4EG) establishments, enhancing the overall value for team members. Working at Killer Queen is not just about a job; it’s about joining a community that values positivity, mutual support, and career growth. Employees benefit from fun work environments, incentives, team events, and support programs like the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Full-time staff are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with 401(k) savings plans featuring company matching after one year of service, with eligibility extending to part-time employees as per company requirements.

Killer Queen is dedicated to enhancing neighborhoods by creating spaces where people can gather to eat, drink, and enjoy themselves. The business seeks team members who share this mission and who are committed to delivering the best possible experience for every guest. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food preparation, hospitality, and being part of a dynamic and inclusive team.
