As a pizzamaker, you will play an essential role in our kitchen operations by preparing a variety of delicious pizzas with precision and care. You will be responsible for preparing dough from scratch, handling and preparing toppings by cutting, grating, and slicing various ingredients, and managing oven temperature for perfect cooking results. Your duties will include preparing pizzas as they are ordered, cooking them to perfection, and maintaining dough temperatures and portions. Additionally, keeping the work environment clean and hygienic according to health department requirements is a critical aspect of this role.
