Job Duties
- Become familiar with Sal's Pizza menu and expertly answer customers' questions
- Complete all tasks, including but not limited to: food prep, stretching the dough, preparing pizza toppings, making pizzas, taking and preparing customer orders, folding pizza boxes, and keeping your area clean and organized
- Advise and accommodate customers with specific food allergies
- Maintain and follow all food safety and sanitation of the area, at both our Sal's Pizza Stores and Mobile food trucks
- Always adhere to personal conduct. (i.e., uniforms, grooming and punctuality, and all PPE requirements)
