Job Requirements
- Availability for weekday morning and/or weekend evening shifts
- ability to work on-call shifts with flexible scheduling
- passion for pizza and food preparation
- willingness to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- basic cash handling skills
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in pizza making or similar kitchen role is a plus
- ability to work efficiently in small spaces
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain a friendly demeanor in an open kitchen
- basic math skills for cash handling
- capacity to learn quickly and follow instructions
- teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Toss pizza dough by hand and launch pizzas into brick oven using a wooden peel
- manage all food order slips and administer all verbal instructions
- prepare all raw materials required for cooking such as cutting vegetables and preparing dough
- evaluate all food requirements and maintain standard level and quantity
- coordinate with customers to take orders and ensure payments
- communicate with staff to ensure special instructions are executed
- maintain sanitation and safety standards in work area
