Job Requirements

- prior experience in pizza making or related kitchen roles preferred
- ability to follow recipes and procedures precisely
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- physical capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

- comfortable working in high-heat environments
Job Qualifications
- experience as a pizza maker or similar back-of-house role such as line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, or chef
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- team-oriented with good communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- prior experience in restaurant brands or fast-paced kitchens preferred
Job Duties
- follow pizza recipes and preparation procedures with precision and consistency
- maintain pizza station stock and cleanliness to manager-defined levels
- hand-craft and present pizzas according to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza specifications
- adhere to high sanitation and food safety standards throughout shifts
- work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen environment
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- manage oven timing and dough stretching with attention to detail
