Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- hand-pressing pizza dough to create bases
- assembling pizza toppings in an orderly and attractive manner
- preparing dough and pizza ingredients including grating cheese and preparing pizza sauce
- slicing and chopping vegetables and meats for pizza toppings
- maintaining cleanliness and order in the pizza preparation area
- following food safety and hygiene standards
- collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service
