Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and safety guidelines
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a pizza maker, line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, or other back-of-house roles
  • Solid understanding of food safety, proper storage, and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and preparation procedures with precision
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working near high heat and during busy, energetic shifts
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure during peak service hours

Job Duties

  • Consistently follow all recipes, procedures, food storage, rotation, and safety guidelines to ensure every pizza meets high standards
  • Stock and maintain the pizza station to manager-defined levels ensuring full preparation for each shift
  • Hand-craft and present every pizza according to Anthony's specifications from dough stretch to final toppings
  • Uphold the highest sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the shift to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment handling multiple orders during peak hours
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage physical demands of the job including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
