Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous food service experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Basic English proficiency
Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures

Job Qualifications

Ability to deliver excellent customer service from order-taking through to packaging
Commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant environment
Basic food handling and safety knowledge
Effective communication skills
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality food items according to company recipes and standards
Manage ingredient prep and inventory to ensure freshness and availability
Take accurate customer orders via phone or in person
Package pizza orders and side items efficiently for pickup or delivery
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining and preparation areas
Provide outstanding and positive customer service and interaction
Follow instructions and guidance from General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders
