- physical stamina for long shifts and heavy lifting
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification is preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- experience with hand-tossed dough is a major plus
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification is a plus
- genuine hospitality skills
- ability to reliably show up on time
- physical capability to stand for 8 hours and lift over 50 lbs
- strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Sling dough
- execute scratch-made recipes with consistency
- take orders and run POS
- interact with guests directly
- handle large catering orders
- tackle prep work and manage inventory
- keep station spotless and food-safe
- perform dishwashing, deep cleans, and closing duties
