Job Requirements

  • Able to work every Monday and Tuesday starting at 6 am
  • able to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for 6 hours
  • food handling knowledge
  • prefer experience in food preparation or kitchen roles
  • must adhere to food safety protocols
  • availability to work part-time
  • location in or ability to commute or relocate to Houston TX 77008

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred particularly in pastry or dough handling
  • knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • strong knife skills for precise ingredient preparation
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • previous experience in food production or catering is a plus
  • a passion for cooking and a desire to learn more about the culinary arts

Job Duties

  • Prepare pizza dough according to established recipes and specifications
  • utilize kitchen equipment safely and efficiently including mixers and scales
  • ensure all ingredients are properly measured, mixed, and packaged for use
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area adhering to food safety protocols
  • collaborate with team members to meet production demands and ensure timely service
  • work every Monday and Tuesday starting at 6 am
  • lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for 6 hours
