Job Requirements
- Able to work every Monday and Tuesday starting at 6 am
- able to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for 6 hours
- food handling knowledge
- prefer experience in food preparation or kitchen roles
- must adhere to food safety protocols
- availability to work part-time
- location in or ability to commute or relocate to Houston TX 77008
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred particularly in pastry or dough handling
- knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- strong knife skills for precise ingredient preparation
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- previous experience in food production or catering is a plus
- a passion for cooking and a desire to learn more about the culinary arts
Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough according to established recipes and specifications
- utilize kitchen equipment safely and efficiently including mixers and scales
- ensure all ingredients are properly measured, mixed, and packaged for use
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area adhering to food safety protocols
- collaborate with team members to meet production demands and ensure timely service
- work every Monday and Tuesday starting at 6 am
- lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for 6 hours
