We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Dough Prep specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the backbone of our pizzas — the dough — meets the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, particularly in dough handling and pastry processes, and will have a strong commitment to maintaining food safety standards within the kitchen. This position requires the preparation of over 3000 pizza dough balls weekly, meaning that accuracy, speed, and consistency are essential traits.

The Pizza Dough Prep will be responsible for preparing dough according to precise recipes and specifications, utilizing kitchen equipment such as mixers and scales safely and efficiently. The role demands someone who can handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for prolonged periods, specifically on Mondays and Tuesdays starting early at 6 a.m. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space is crucial, and the candidate will be expected to adhere strictly to food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both colleagues and customers. Collaboration within the team to meet production goals and timelines is also a key aspect of the job. This position offers an hourly wage starting at $13.00, providing an excellent opportunity for those who have a passion for culinary arts and who seek to gain valuable experience in a reputable food production setting.
