Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior baking experience, particularly with pizza and dough preparation
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to work evenings and weekends
capacity to maintain a fast-paced work environment
positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Qualifications

proven experience as a baker with a solid understanding of dough handling and baking techniques
excellent communication skills and comfort speaking with customers and serving them directly
ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

experience working evening and weekend shifts

Job Duties

prepare and bake a variety of pizza, focaccia, and other baked goods
stretch and shape dough with precision to ensure consistency and quality
interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a positive, friendly experience
work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled
maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
follow food safety and sanitation standards
assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
