As an expert in the "Dough-Pro" machine, the Pizza Chef plays a crucial role in the kitchen by supporting line checks and completing prep par sheets each shift. They also manage the preparation of all necessary station items and uphold safe handling practices for kitchen tools and equipment. - three to six months of related experience or training
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- operate and be expert in using the Dough-Pro machine
- support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
