Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to six months related experience or training
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment, including the Dough-Pro machine
  • Ability to follow food safety guidelines and maintain sanitation standards
  • Physical ability to perform station opening, closing and side work duties
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • Assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
  • Operate and master the "Dough-Pro" machine
  • Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
  • Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed
  • Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • Maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
