This position requires expertise in handling the Dough-Pro machine, preparing pizza station recipes timely, conducting line checks, and completing prep par sheets to maintain operational excellence.

  • three to six months of related culinary experience or training

Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
  • operate and be an expert in the Dough-Pro machine
  • support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
  • prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
