The role demands proficiency in handling food safely, adhering to sanitation protocols, and ensuring all pizzas are prepared timely and according to station recipes. In addition to food preparation, Pizza Chefs also play a critical role in supporting line checks, completing prep par sheets, and executing station opening/closing and side work duties efficiently. This position offers both full and part-time opportunities with flexible shifts, making it suitable for a wide range of candidates. The pay range for this role is between USD 16.90 and 20.90, with various benefits available, including health, dental, and disability insurance, and 401K. Job Duties

  • maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
  • operate and be an expert of the "Dough-Pro" machine
  • support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
  • prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing and side work duties each shift
