Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three to six months experience or training in a culinary environment
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capacity to stand for extended periods
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Three to six months related experience or training in culinary or kitchen operations
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment such as dough mixers
  • strong team collaboration skills
  • passion for food and customer service
  • adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
  • operate the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
  • support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
  • prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening and closing and side work duties each shift
