  • three to six months of related experience or training
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
  • expertly operate the dough-pro machine
  • support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift
  • prepare all necessary items for their station
  • practice and teach safe sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
