Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three to six months of related experience or training
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- effective communication skills
- adherence to company policies and procedures

- ability to operate kitchen equipment including dough-pro machine

Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- expertly operate the dough-pro machine
- support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift
- prepare all necessary items for their station
- practice and teach safe sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
