The Pizza Chef is responsible for timely preparation of all pizza recipes, expert handling of equipment—especially the "Dough-Pro" machine—and supporting quality control processes like line checks and prep par sheet completion. The role requires ensuring safe and sanitary food handling practices, maintaining appropriate equipment temperatures, and carrying out station opening, closing, and side work duties. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Previous experience in food service or culinary role preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- Expertly operate the Dough-Pro machine
- Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
