The role of the Pizza Chef at California Pizza Kitchen is central to upholding the high standards the brand is known for. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for delivering consistent quality in every pizza that leaves the kitchen while maintaining strict sanitation and food safety standards. You will operate the "Dough-Pro" machine and ensure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes. This position involves supporting line checks, completing preparation par sheets, and managing the organization and cleanliness of the pizza station. Safe and sanitary handling of kitchen tools and equipment is a crucial part of the job, as is maintaining proper temperature control of kitchen equipment.
