Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
- operate and be an expert with the dough-pro machine
- support line checks processes and complete prep par sheets each shift
- prepare all necessary items for the pizza station
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing and side work duties each shift
