Their responsibilities include supporting line checks, completing prep sheets, station opening and closing duties, and maintaining equipment at proper temperatures. Candidates should ideally have three to six months of related experience or culinary training to excel in this position.

- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- operate the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
- support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
