Job Requirements

Previous experience as a pizza maker or pizza prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
Balling large dough batches in a timely manner and preparing dough in a commercial mixer
Accurately following dough recipes and techniques
Proficiency in pizza-making techniques including stretching, topping, and baking
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs
Ability to follow recipes precisely to ensure product consistency
Strong communication skills to work efficiently with team members during busy service hours
Must be able to work an early morning schedule
