Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a culinary or food preparation role
  • knowledge of dough preparation, sauce making, and pizza assembly
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment
  • strong attention to detail
  • good teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in pizza making or similar culinary role
  • strong knowledge of pizza ingredients and preparation techniques

Job Duties

  • Create and customize pizza toppings according to customer preferences
  • knowledge of dough preparation and sauce making

  • stay knowledgeable about ingredient quality and seasonality
  • uphold proper portion control and minimize waste
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety guidelines
  • perform various opening and closing duties
