Over time, the company expanded successfully into the pizza market, developing a highly rated pizza program which continues to grow in popularity and reach. It currently operates multiple locations, including their newest venture in Los Alamitos, where they are launching a new pizza program designed to offer both creative and classic pizzas made fresh with the finest ingredients. They are actively seeking two skilled pizza chefs to join their expanding team in Los Alamitos. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-volume, energetic kitchen and are passionate about producing excellent pizzas while maintaining speed and quality. The chefs will play an essential role in shaping the new pizza program from the ground up, helping to set standards for preparation and service that reflect the brand's reputation. Employment is primarily evening shifts in the busy pizza service hours, requiring candidates to be reliable and available during these times. Competitive hourly wages, commensurate with experience, are offered, along with growth opportunities as the pizza program expands further. Job Duties

  • Making pizzas start to finish (stretching, topping, baking, finishing)
  • working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • maintaining quality and consistency on every pie
  • keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • supporting prep (dough, sauces, toppings)
  • communicating with the team during busy services
