Job Requirements

  • Experience in a pizza kitchen environment preferably 2+ years
  • ability to lift 25 pounds
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to move pizza oven equipment and cart approximately 200 pounds
  • work in heat-related environment outdoor natural elements
  • food handlers card

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience crafting hand-made pizzas from scratch dough through bake
  • strong understanding of fermentation hydration and flour types
  • experience working with wood-fired or high-temperature ovens preferred
  • passion for artisanal food and traditional techniques
  • comfortable working in an outdoor kitchen environment
  • strong communication skills and a hospitality-driven mindset
  • ability to work independently and take ownership of a program

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of the pizza program including menu development and execution
  • prepare and manage all dough production fermentation and scaling
  • hand-stretch top and fire pizzas in a high-heat wood-burning oven
  • maintain exceptional quality consistency and presentation standards
  • engage with members during service in a guest-facing role
  • manage mise en place ingredient sourcing and inventory for the program
  • uphold cleanliness organization and food safety standards
  • collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team on seasonal features and specials
