Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to work in high-heat environments
availability for weekend and holiday shifts
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a pizza maker, line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, or other back-of-house roles
experience in fast-paced kitchen environments
strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
physical capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
positive attitude and reliability

Job Duties

Effectively follow all recipes and safety guidelines to ensure every pizza upholds our high standards for quality
maintain your pizza station in accordance with management guidelines to ensure you’re fully prepared for every shift
take genuine pride in crafting every pizza to Anthony’s specifications, from stretching the dough to adding the finishing touches
uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout your shift to create a safe and efficient workspace
demonstrate the ability to prepare pizza recipes consistently and accurately
work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and strong communication skills
multitask and perform well under pressure during peak service hours
