Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
  • Knowledge of smoking techniques and meat preparation
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage pit and meat operations to ensure quality smoked meats
  • Monitor and maintain food quality standards
  • Use smokers proficiently according to company procedures
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage inventory and control food waste in the meat area
  • Execute brand excellence through high food quality
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
