Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in BBQ or meat smoking
- ability to operate and maintain BBQ pits and smokers
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- physical ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy equipment
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Culinary certification or related training preferred
- proven experience as a BBQ pitmaster or similar role
- strong knowledge of meat preparation and smoking techniques

Job Duties
- Operate and manage BBQ pits and smokers to smoke, roast, and cook various types of meat to perfection

- adjust settings as needed to achieve desired flavor, texture, and consistency
