With access to a dedicated aviation facility, an in-house maintenance staff, and full-time scheduling support, this role promises excellent operational support and resources.\n\nIn this position, pilots will fly approximately 250-300 hours annually, enjoy a highly desirable work-life balance, and participate in a predictable weekend and holiday on-call rotation. The pilot will routinely prepare and file IFR flight plans, evaluate weather conditions, verify aircraft airworthiness, and ensure all flights comply with FAA and ICAO regulations as well as company policies. Working closely with dispatch officers and coordinating with passengers, the pilot will represent the company's commitment to safety and professionalism. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within one hour's driving distance of Akron-Canton Airport, with relocation assistance available for qualified applicants.
