Job Requirements

  • Be able to commute to San Antonio, Texas
  • be a U.S. citizen
  • no foreign nationals permitted
  • current security clearance minimum Secret/NOFORN level
  • possess required military tactical flying experience including 500 hours total tactical aircraft time in Armed Forces Reserve or Guard, or 1000 hours if DoD retired or separated, or 1300 hours total time with 300 hours tactical aircraft time for retired/separated candidates
  • previous qualified DoD flight lead experience
  • tactical flying qualification within the last 5 years
  • current FAA Class II medical rating
  • FAA Commercial and Instrument Rating

Job Duties

  • Fly ADAIR and/or CCAS sorties in support of DoD contracts
  • perform tactical flying missions with military-grade aircraft
  • support RDT&E activities as required
  • comply with all FAA medical and flight certification standards
  • travel up to 50% for operational requirements
  • maintain currency and qualification in tactical flying
  • adhere to security clearance and operational protocols
