About the Role: The consultancy is hiring multiple Pigment consultants across various experience levels, ranging from Associate through Principal. This is a high-visibility role that offers the chance to join an emerging practice early and influence its growth trajectory. Consultants in this role will lead or support Pigment implementations for clients across a wide array of industries. Responsibilities encompass the entire project lifecycle, including model design, data integration, and configuring solutions that meet end-user needs. The role requires close collaboration with client finance, FP&A, and operational teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions within the Pigment platform. Depending on the consultant's experience, ownership of workstreams or full project delivery is expected, ranging from hands-on system building to advanced solution architecture and client advisory services.

Consultants will also work cross-functionally with other teams across the consultancy to deliver integrated financial systems solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Additionally, this position offers opportunities to contribute to the internal growth of the Pigment practice by developing methodologies, creating templates, designing training materials, and shaping go-to-market strategies for the offering. The consultancy supports fully remote work arrangements within the US and Canada, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with clients and teams. The compensation package ranges between $140,000 and $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Occasional travel may be required based on client needs. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about financial systems and EPM, seeking to build a long-term career within a dynamic and growing practice environment.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience working hands-on with the Pigment platform
  • Background in financial planning analysis budgeting or enterprise performance management
  • Ability to engage with client stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work fully remote within US or Canada preferably in EST or Central time zones
  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on client requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience working in the Pigment platform with real implementation or administration experience
  • Background in FP&A financial modeling budgeting and forecasting or EPM more broadly
  • Ability to work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements present solutions and manage expectations
  • Strong communication skills and a consulting mindset at any career stage
  • Experience with other EPM/CPM tools such as Anaplan Adaptive Planful is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Lead or support Pigment implementations for clients across industries including model design data integration and end-user configuration
