Job Description
Our client is a global consultancy that specializes in delivering innovative financial planning and analysis (FP&A) solutions to a diverse range of industries. As a recognized leader within the consulting space, the firm is committed to investing in cutting-edge technologies and expanding its expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, particularly focusing on the Pigment platform. The company prides itself on fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment, encouraging continuous learning and growth for its consultants at all experience levels. They aim to build long-term, impactful client relationships by delivering tailored, high-value solutions that drive business efficiency and performance improvement.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join the consultancy's rapidly growing Pigment practice, which is a critical component of their financial planning and analysis service offering. The firm is actively seeking talented consultants ranging from Associate through Principal level to help shape and expand this practice. Working here means becoming an integral part of a high-visibility engagement, where your efforts directly contribute to the strategic growth and success of the consultancy’s financial systems offerings. This position is ideal for professionals looking to deepen their expertise in financial systems and EPM platforms, build a robust career path, and influence the future trajectory of the Pigment practice.
As a consultant on the Pigment team, you will lead or support end-to-end implementations of the Pigment platform for clients spanning multiple industries. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from designing financial models and integrating complex datasets, to configuring the platform for end-users based on client needs. You will engage closely with client finance, FP&A, and operations teams to translate their business requirements into scalable, effective solutions within Pigment. Depending on your level of experience, you may own entire workstreams or full project delivery including hands-on building, solution architecture, or client advisory functions.
This role requires a strategic and consultative approach to collaborating with cross-functional teams across the firm to deliver comprehensive financial system solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the internal development of the Pigment practice by creating methodologies, templates, training materials, and supporting go-to-market strategies designed to enhance the offering’s market position. The consultancy supports fully remote work within the US and Canada, with a strong preference for candidates working in the Eastern or Central time zones to align with client engagements and team schedules.
Compensation for this role ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience, reflecting the importance of this position within the firm’s growth strategy. Occasional travel may be necessary to meet client needs and support project success. This is a forward-looking role that promises significant career development opportunities for individuals passionate about financial technology, consulting, and enterprise performance management.
